Where we build: Austin and the Hill Country.
Construction is limited to Austin and the Texas Hill Country, so the designers can be on site. Design for architects and estate owners is nationwide.
Custom pools built in every area we list.
We only publish an area page when we have built there. Each one shows the GB IV projects in that neighbourhood and what its ground and lots demand.

Bee Cave
Our home base: Glen Rose limestone ridges, city and county permits, dark-sky lighting.

West Lake Hills
A 25 percent cover cap, a 14-inch tree rule and a one-day-a-week permit intake.

Lakeway
City permits in 12 to 15 days, slope-weighted cover and a view-protection overlay.

Lake Travis
Five permit offices and the LCRA; rock at 5 to 20 inches and bluffs that drop 150 feet.

Spicewood
Two counties, one lake: Spicewood clay over limestone, wells, septic and gated lake communities.

Dripping Springs
Three permit offices, bedrock within 18 inches and the first dark-sky ordinance in Texas.

Austin
Barton Creek limestone, the Mount Bonnell fault and Austin Chalk: three submarkets, three pools.

Tarrytown
Fifth-acre lots, heritage oaks and 45 percent cover: pools designed as courtyards.
Also across Travis and Hays County.
Based in Bee Cave, we build throughout Travis and Hays County and the western Hill Country. If your property is outside these areas, contact us — design-only engagements are available anywhere in the United States.
